Calibrate Pro is part of Kanso Labs and is under active development. Features may change, be added, or be removed as the product evolves. Treat any output as input to your thinking, not a finished assessment.

What this tool is

An assessment that helps you reflect on organisational maturity using established public frameworks. It produces scores and generic recommendations based on the answers you select.

Decisions you make based on this tool are your own. You are solely responsible for verifying any output before acting on it. We encourage you to consult qualified professionals before making material business, technology, financial, legal, or operational decisions.

Sources & trademarks

Our questions and recommendations reference established public frameworks (for example DAMA-DMBOK, Scrum Guide, Google People Analytics, CMMI, COBIT, ITIL, PRINCE2, PMBOK, ISO standards, and others depending on the assessment). Trademarks, names, and framework content remain the property of their respective owners. Kanso Labs is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those organisations.

Your data

Calibrate Pro is an authenticated product: your assessments, actions, and team data are stored against your account so they sync across devices. We don't sell your data or use it to train models. See the Privacy page for the full picture, including sub-processors and deletion.

Acceptable use

Don't use the tool to harm others, attempt to misrepresent its outputs as professional advice from Kanso Labs, or interfere with the service.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The date below will change when we do. Continued use of the tool means you accept the current terms.
